its because he never ever technically does anythinng bad it just appears that way like example when krsna is "stealing "everything in the world is gods (krsna) so he is only taking is own property and anyone he kills is transfered to the heavely planet putana was saved because despite intentions she was providing a motherly service to god so he killed and saved her and there are answres for everything just gotta look them up everything he does is trancendental (better than good)
